Amy Hutto, my sister, experienced a life-changing accident on Sunday, November 30, while in Mexico. She suffered multiple broken vertebrae and is now facing a long and difficult road to recovery. James was able to bring her back to the United States on December 4, where she has received the best possible medical care and support from loved ones.
The air ambulance that flew her home was a significant and unexpected expense, and it is more than they can manage on their own. In addition to the air ambulance, there will be ongoing travel and medical costs for both of them as Amy begins her recovery journey. She is currently at the Jackson Memorial Trauma Center in Miami.
We are reaching out to our community for help. Above all, we ask for your prayers for Amy’s healing and strength for her and her husband. If you are able, any financial support you can provide will go directly toward bringing Amy home and ensuring she receives the care she needs. Your kindness and generosity mean so much to our family during this incredibly challenging time. Thank you for standing with us.
