Imagine the peaceful neighborhood your family lives in being transformed into a war zone virtually overnight.
My friend Nina, her husband Roman, and their 3 young children live in Ukraine. They spent 5 days in the war zone and 40 days in occupied areas trying to protect their kids from the gunfire and explosions that never let up. On April 6th, they were forced to flee their home. There were no green corridors. They lost access to all of their property, including the equipment they need to make a living. Because of Vladimir Putin’s criminal war on Ukraine, this beautiful family has lost everything.
Thankfully, the US Government offers a program called "Uniting for Ukraine" that will enable me to sponsor them but we need to prove we can provide financial security for the family of five for 2 years!
All of the funds raised from this campaign will go directly to helping Nina's family travel to the states and set up a new life here. Raising kids is hard enough, but starting over with absolutely nothing is beyond daunting. Please help us get this family to safety so that they can start to rebuild their lives.

Nina and her husband are both amazingly talented artists. The irony of it all is that Nina's work is so full of joy and hope and love.
