Hi, my name is Victor Gascon, and I’m fundraising for my dear friend, Bobbi Moore.

Just over two months ago, Bobbi faced the heartbreaking loss of her beloved dog, Tinkerbell, who had been battling illness for quite some time. The vet bills were significant, but Bobbi's love for Tinkerbell never wavered. After mourning, Bobbi decided to visit the Etobicoke Animal Rescue, where she found her new companion, a little Shih Tzu mix named Gary.

Gary, who weighs just under 3 pounds, quickly became her new joy. But recently, little Gary experienced a serious issue when one of his eyes popped out. He required immediate surgery, which cost over $2,000. Bobbi had just purchased insurance for Gary, but unfortunately, the insurance will not cover this bill.

As many of you know, Bobbi has cerebral palsy and is on ODSP, meaning her funds are extremely limited. Despite the cost, she couldn't bear to see Gary suffer and went ahead with the surgery. Now, I’m asking for your help—whether you're a friend of Bobbi’s or simply a fellow dog lover—to cover these unexpected vet expenses.

We’re hoping to raise $2,000, which will cover most of the costs and help ensure that Bobbi isn't left in a financial crisis after giving Gary the care he needed.
