Hi everyone our beautiful friend Marlene aka Barbie has had it really rough lately. Mid April some medical issues started arising and then she got into a car accident that totaled her car, had to say goodbye to her beloved dog the same weekend, and while she recovered from the accident the medical issues did not stop. This has led to multiple doctor visits, urgent care visits, and hospitalization. After several blood transfusions she needs a surgery asap which is scheduled for May 12.

During her recovery she’ll be on medical leave from work which is unpaid. She’ll need 3-4 weeks minimum of recovery time so basically an entire month without pay plus all the money already spent on these emergency medical bill. Once she’s better she’s got to buy a car too so I started this fundraiser to help our dear friend who always gives so much of herself to others. Let’s help her at least stay on her feet so she can get back to normal life when she’s recovered and maybe help make a dent in these bills!
