Help Ash Recoup Medical Costs!

Our dear friend Ashley recently had to be hospitalized for emergency health concerns that caused a chain of negative life-changing events. During her hospital stay, she accrued a tremendous medical debt. She was billed $600 a day in the hospital, has to pay for the initial ambulance ride (a bill that has yet to arrive), and continues to receive monumental bills for expensive but necessary aftercare. Because she was missing work, she lost weeks of wages and her employment was soon after terminated. No job means no insurance, therefore her benefits are scheduled to expire May 30th, 2018.

She will continue to need financial support as she begins to recover from this debilitating setback during a time when she ought to be able to focus on healing. She has no family support and relies entirely on herself, her friends, and the community surrounding her to help her through the coming months.
