Hi everyone!

As you may or may not know I am a first year teacher candidate at York University. We have been presented with an incredible opportunity to help build a school, volunteer in a local village, and teach in TANZANIA, Africa from April 15-May 1, 2018!

This effort is in collaboration with the Me to We foundation to improve the villages and lives of people in need in various places around the world. I am fundraising to collect enough money to be able to purchase the cost of building supplies for the school, materials to create an educational environment for the students, food for a family in need for a week, and travel accommodations to be able to achieve this all! Being completely immersed in the culture and daily activities of the Tanzanian people will provide me with an opportunity to personally learn and experience their lives at first hand. 

Education and knowledge is the most valuable tool in the world! My goal is to make a difference in the lives of these wonderful people, and contribute in providing them with an education, which they may not receive otherwise. I am inviting you to participate by helping me fund this worldwide trip.  Any contribution would be greatly appreciated! You can rest assured that any contribution will be intrinsic in creating a life-long difference!
