Help Andy's family financially whilst he is in ICU

In 2019,  one of my closest friends,  Andy was diagnosed with incurable, stage 4 lymphoma. For the past two years Andy has been fighting this terrible disease and dealing with the after effects of chemotherapy. It hasn’t been an easy journey for Andy and his family, and the journey was made even harder when he tested positive for COVID 19 just after Christmas of 2020.   After being admitted to hospital, Andy has now been in an induced coma in the ICU for the past four weeks while he tries to fight the virus and is giving it everything he has.

For his wife Hayley, and their two boys Jack & Josh, it has been the hardest time of their lives not being able to see their hero. They miss him dearly and we are all praying that Andy can turn this around and come home to his family.  With Andy being a Black cab driver and Hayley being a self-employed beautician, the pandemic has caused a lot of damage to both of those industries so I am raising funds to take some of the stress away from this beautiful family, who have always been there for me, and I know would do this for me in a heartbeat.

I will be running a virtual half marathon (13.1 miles) for Andy on 27/02 which will be a challenge, but whatever pain I will endure is nothing compared to what Andy is fighting daily. Please dig deep and give what you can. Those of you that know Andy, know how special he is to us all and if anyone can do this, Andy can.
