Help Alleviate Medical Costs - Christene Gravley

I don’t think Chris was expecting to begin this chapter, but here we are. I have known Chris and her family for about 7 years. In that time, she has always been full of joy, ideas and everyone who knows her knows she loves those around her deeply and well.

Over the last few months, she has experienced increasing pain. Doctors thought it was due to some cysts on her ovaries, then maybe endometriosis. When they did surgery about two weeks ago, what they expected to find causing the pain was not what they found, in reality. The doctors took some biopsies and found endometrial cancer. Scans have shown lung and lymph activity, as well.

Through all of this, Chris has maintained her faith that God is good, that He can heal and accomplish the miraculous. And she will join in the fight to overcome cancer.

Due to a high deductible, there are financial needs they must consider. While she is not one to ask for money, I know the costs can be high and financial stress on the family is not what they need. I will do my best to keep people updated here, but they do also have a CaringBridge account, as well.
