Help Alan the 90yr Old Guarantor, clear his debt

I'm Deborah Ainsworth Lord from Ainsworth Lord Estates and after following Alan's journey over the last 12 months and what his awful son did to him by getting him to act as his Guarantor on a property he rented, who then refused to pay his rent!
This meant his 90 year old father was left with a huge arrears bill and costs amounting to thousands of pounds that he had to pay.
Alan, who relies on his small pension to live on, was broken by what his son did to him, leaving him with sleepless nights and in tears not knowing how he's going to pay off the debt, There was no way Alan could afford to clear this huge debt.
Despite this Alan has agreed a payment plan that will take years to pay off. Sadly, this means Alan will have to go without other essentials.
Since this episode was aired on Channel 5's "Eviction! Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords", we've been inundated with from offers from some very kind people from all over the UK and parts of Europe wanting to help Alan.
We cannot believe the amount of generosity from people wanting to help Alan. All monies raised on here will be donated to Alan.

we have decided to set up this page to make donating easy and to help Alans situation.
As a family run business with a large and busy Lettings Dept. we deal with many situations on a daily basis, however this one really did upset our whole team.
