Help Al Kags plant a 100-Acre Forest

Al Kags has committed to plant a 100-Acre forest in Magarini, Kilifi County to replenish a woodland that was decimated by poor communities in the area who burnt charcoal for a living. This initiative aims to reclaim the biodiversity of that area, reclimate the area and call back the rains. Al is working to provide the community members with trees (especially fruit, nut and spices) for their own farms so that they can discover alternative ways to plant trees.
Key Data: It takes about 520 diverse trees per acre of land to make a forest. It costs $4 for a tree and $6 for fruit and nut trees. To water the trees, it costs $0.50 per 20 litres every day and every tree needs 10 litres.
