Help A2CycleofSuccess donate bikes to the homeless

A2 Cycle of Success is seeking donations in many ways. We are asking for all sorts of bicycles, from tricycles to tandem bikes, mechanic tools and bike tools to build our tool boxes and help teach people to work on their bikes if they book an appointment. Friends and family have helped A2 Cycle of Success obtain bike stands and a domain name; A2CycleofSuccess.org. now we are seeking further help from our community members in raising $3,000.
Our mission is to provide Ann Arbor/ Ypsilanti area residents with affordable bike sales & services on a sliding scale. This sliding scale is design to reduce/eliminate the cost of a refurbished bicycle to local homeless and poverty stricken residents that face barriers to reliable transportation for work or school. Our bikes are donated by area residents and fixed up in our cozy shop in the basement of Journey of Faith Church; alongside New Beginnings Homeless Ministry.
Why are we asking for $3,000? We are still in need of specialized equipment and tools, the purchase of chains, cables and housings, rims and tires. Everything needed to give anyone and everyone a proper ride for this bicycle season.
