Help a Vienna Dad Fight Cancer

Hi yall im sure most around and in the Vienna community know me and those who dont my name is Trevor Smith as only a select few have heard in the last couple weeks I went to ER to be checked out for an upper chest pain one to which im still hurting I was told I had an enlarged spleen and liver I was sent to a specialist where I was sent to have a pet scan yesterday our insurance paid some but definitely not all of it i then found out today I have lymphoma I will now have to have a surgery to remove a lymph node in my groin that they can do a biopsy on to tell what lymphoma i have in this time our family is struggling financially to make ends meet due to me not being able to work and my wife working two jobs on top of everything my kids don't understand why their dad is sick and can't do the things I was doing before im not begging but im asking please please if you can help us in mine and my families hard time I think cancer is an awful thing but I believe together and with our lord and savior and prayer we can beat this thank you all anything helps
