Over the past 17 years I have fought a neuromuscular disorder. I’ve recently suffered a crisis flare up causing me to go into respiratory failure and I unfortunately had to spend a week in the ICU. During the previous two years my family incurred over $25,000 in medical expenses for medical procedures, wheelchairs, and medications. I have a slow road of recovery ahead of me in order to get back on my feet and now we are needing to complete some additional ADA modifications to my home.

My wife and I are both public school teachers and my recovery time from my crisis flare up will keep me out of the classroom for an extended period of time. Any help you are able to offer would be a huge blessing to my family and we would truly appreciate it.
