Hi Guys!!
I am trying to help a small business make a BIG difference.
It is run by a lovely couple - Anne-Marie and Anthony Phoenix, who are amazing people - they give so much to the community, it would be nice if we could all give back <3
Phoenix Personal Training is located in Armadale, Perth WA 6112 - it caters for ALL types of fitness levels / body types and ALL ages.
At this studio, they also provide a safe haven for the "quirky, nerdy" people of Perth - they open their doors for Gaming events, Nerdeoke, and all different types events - this part is funded by Ammy and Ant
It takes a lot of time and effort to organise things to provide a fun and enjoyable environment.
They also run a page for mental health support group - a place where people feel safe sharing their life stories, and a safe place to vent
The prices are kept down at the gym, as they want people to be able to afford going to the gym - but as a result, they cannot do some real restorations that need to be done to the Heritage building that they run everything through.
The funds we raise will help with what they need to fix and restore this heritage building.
If there are people who are willing to donate their time to help do maintenance also - that would be incredible.
If there are any business's that have seconds of MDF / sheeting or building materials, we would be extremely grateful of donations of materials.
Any shelving etc would be great also!!
Ammy and Ant are selfless people - they give and give - and they never expect anything in return..
It would mean so much to them if we could all help out - any donation would be greatly appreciated - and would help out tremendously
