Help a Shreveport family with funeral expense

Hi, my name is Brandy Pou, and this isn't something I normally do.

I had the privilege of meeting a husband and wife today. They came into my office to sign a mineral deed, which deeds your mineral rights to a specified business. I could see the pain in their eyes, immediately. I knew this wasn't something they WANTED to do, it was something they felt that they needed to do.

They didn't make a decision and I gave them the paperwork to allow them to think it over.

My co-worker called me after they left, he said this family called him....they need money to bury their son. It broke my heart.

I don't want these individuals to have to sell their minerals to be able to raise funeral expenses. I know we have enough amazing people in this community that we can do it for them. We come together when others need it and this is the moment.

Please, if you can, will you please help me raise enough money for this sweet family to be able to bury their child and not lose future income that I'm sure they need.
