Hello, my name is Jennifer Quinones, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Ms. Graham dear friend and former charter school parent- a devoted single mother of six beautiful children. Her world was turned upside down when her youngest — a bright, sweet, and joyful 4-year old- was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer that has spread to several parts of her tiny body.

Neuroblastoma is rare, but it’s the most common cancer in babies. Every year in the United States, about 800 children are diagnosed with neuroblastoma.
Neuroblastoma almost always develops before age 5. It can occur in babies before they are born. Neuroblastoma is very rare in children over age 10.

Key-Amara already begun her first round of chemotherapy and will need 5 more rounds and still continues to smile through it all. Her strength is inspiring, but behind that strength is a mother doing everything in her power to hold her family together.

Ms. Graham is facing unimaginable challenges. She’s trying to be by her daughter’s side every moment in the hospital while also caring for her 4 other children at home — all on her own. Without a car, traveling back and forth an hour to the hospital and making sure her other children have what they need has become almost impossible.

This journey has tested her faith, strength, and resources. No mother should have to face this alone.

I’m asking from the bottom of my heart — please help if you can. Whether it’s through a donation, sharing this page, or offering resources or prayers, every bit of support will make a world of difference for this family.

Ms. Graham’s daughter is currently getting chemo treatment at Saint Peter’s Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Let’s come together as a community to lift this mother up and remind her that she and her children are not alone.

Thank you for your love, compassion, and generosity. ❤️
