Help A Loving Mother Keep Her Son

My name is Amanda Little, and I am the mother of a 6 (soon to be 7) year old boy named Donovan. He is, and always has been, the light of my life. I decided to move myself and him to a new area with my boyfriend, so that we could finally be a family. 

Since he was born, and his father and I separated and divorced, my son has been with me most of the time. I feel that he is best off with me in our new location, with regular visits with his father. He is thriving here, and surrounded by loving adults, family and a bunch of new friends his own age. 

Shortly after moving, his father has petitioned for full custody of Donovan. I feel that he needs to stay with me, as he has been. He is happy, safe and healthy. It is in his best interest that I fight for him. He has a world of opportunity in our new location, and I am his biggest protector and advocate. Every day is spent looking out for him and his wellbeing. 

I am just getting settled in our new home. I have just started at a new job, but the cost of this fight far outweighs my resources. I hate asking for money, but I am desperate. I am only doing this for my sweet boy.
