Hi there, my name is Reena and I'm a 23 year old transgender woman living in Detroit. I've been out of a job for a bit over a month after getting fired due to having to take 3 days of unpaid PTO, as I was unable to walk while recovering from a foot procedure. I have struggled finding employment in the meantime and have absolutely no money at the moment.

I am asking for $650 to pay my rent and utility bills for this month. My rent is due on 6/29. I will be employed in the next couple weeks and will be fully willing to pay back any money donated once I get a few paychecks if necessary.
