Help A Beloved West Mount Airy Family Heal

On the night of November 13th, 2021, a terrible fire engulfed the home of one of our dear neighbors in the 300 block of West Mount Airy Avenue, destroying the home and taking the lives of two members of the family; a 70-year-old great grandmother, and a 7-month-old infant.

This awful tragedy has placed such a sudden, heavy burden on the family and it goes without saying that they are utterly devastated and reeling from these losses in every way possible.

We want to come together as a community to hold this family, and most especially the mother and her two young boys and the surviving family members who are caring for them, in love and light and with tangible support. With every contribution given, we can ensure that the survivors have assistance in rebuilding their lives and healing their hearts.

Funds will support the family with things like food, clothing, housing, and all manner of help in healing from this unthinkable hardship.
