Help Children in Zimbabwe thrive!

Donation protected

Greetings Friends!

I’m teaming up with SOS Children’s Villages Zimbabwe to transform my promotional campaign for the LIBRERATE EP into a hands-on effort to better the lives of children in need. Families across the world are more vulnerable today than ever before. Adverse circumstances like poverty, armed conflict and disease present overwhelming challenges for parents and threaten family stability.
When families are at risk of falling apart, children are at a much greater risk of being abused, abandoned or exploited. You can play a huge role in alleviating these struggles by donating any amount and sharing this link today! SOS Children’s Villages Zimbabwe is a member of SOS Children’s Villages International, the largest private welfare organization for children in the world. They take action for children as an independent non-governmental social development organization.
They respect varying religions and cultures, and they work in communities where their mission can contribute to development. They work in the spirit of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and promote these rights around the world. They work to ensure that children who do not have a family of origin, kinship care or are in need of a place of safety obtain a permanent family at the village.

Find their website here: https://www.sos-zimbabwe.org/

They provide interventions at the first call of need – before the crisis point where a child loses the family safety net. Their program also offers financial and technical assistance to families of origin, kinship and foster care families to increase their capacity to support the children in their care. This is to enable children to grow up into independent self-sustaining citizens within their families and communities of origin.

My mission as an artist and activist has always included social justice and equality for all. I recently joined forces with a multi-talented producer from Zimbabwe (where I also have relatives) to create my new Afrobeat EP, Liberate. As we worked on the project together, my attention turned to the contrast between our countries’ social climates. When I took a close look at the living conditions that much of Zimbabwe’s population faces, I was moved to get myself and my community of music lovers involved in making a change. Join me in my mission to help Liberate others from the constraints of poverty. Thank you for helping to make the world better.
