6 year old burn victim, Help with attorney fees!

On August 29, 2020 my nephew and sister were involved in a horrible accident. They were both transported via Life Flight to two separate hospital's for care.
He is burned on 76% of his body and will need 30+ surgeries. He has already undergone 3 surgeries and will continue having one a week. He is expected to remain in ICU for 2 months.
I am trying to raise money for attorney fees, we have an attorney retained but will need to keep replenishing those funds while this goes through the court system. For being only 6 years old (almost 7) he is so strong and a fighter.
His father has been absent his entire life but now wants to seek sole custody of my nephew. We are trying to get my mom, his Nana custody of him because she has been with him since birth, he absolutely loves and adores her. He is currently still in critical but stable condition and my mom has been at his bedside as his caregiver since day one. Anything helps! Thank you very much.
