Help Baby Dozer: Emergency Surgery Needed
Donación protegida
Dear friends and animal lovers,
Last night, our world was turned upside down when our 12-week-old Sharpei puppy, Dozer, whom we've lovingly cared for over the past two weeks, suffered a tragic accident. While playing and being her usual joyful self, she jumped off the furniture and was immediately in pain. We rushed her to the vet, hoping for the best but fearing the worst.
After a series of X-rays, our worst fears were confirmed: she has a displaced femur fracture. The vet presented us with two heart-wrenching options – either proceed with an emergency surgery that would cost $4,200 or face the unimaginable decision to put her down.
Being such a new puppy to us, we hadn’t yet had the chance to secure pet insurance, and this unexpected expense is more than we can handle on our own. But we are determined to do everything we can to save her. She is so young, full of life, and has brought so much joy to our home in the short time we've had her.
We’re reaching out to you, our community, in the hopes that you can help us give her the life she deserves. Any contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to getting her the surgery she needs.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, support, and generosity during this incredibly difficult time.
With love and gratitude,
Dozer's parents
