Heather Boyan is a University of Hawaii Manoa beach volleyball player and graduate student who suffered serious injuries after falling at the Ka‘au Crater Hike on February 27th.  She is making progress but has a long recovery ahead.  Her strength and positive outlook on life are helping her greatly through this long recovery. Because of the extensive medical care that is needed to bring Heather back to full strength, the University of Hawaii is soliciting for donations that could be made to help ease the financial burden for her family would be greatly appreciated.  The UH Athletics 'ohana thanks you for your support.
