Heart Condition (POTS) Treatments needed for Abbey

Hey All, This is my daughter Abbey. She is 23 years old and has been living with POTS since she was diagnosed at 19. This is a complicated condition that affects up to 3 million Americans, but little is known about it. Most have mild cases, but Abbey has an extreme case that has caused daily life to become much more difficult, as she is at risk of passing out from heart rate fluctuations. For this reason, she has to stay home and monitor her symptoms. She has exhausted home therapies and sees a cardiologist regularly. The next step is to enroll in a therapy program that will require an out of pocket cost of at least $500, and other follow up that may not be covered by our insurance. At this point, even going to the store is risky with her symptoms. She wants to get back to work and school, but until her symptoms are treated, it's dangerous and near impossible causing hardship.
