Healthcare for Children in Cambodia

Help provide a safe environment for orphans and impoverished children in Cambodia. Your support will help us ensure that dozens of children have access to first-aid, medicine and a doctor when needed.
The Cambodia English School for Higher Education (CESHEO) is an organization dedicated to providing free education and opportunity to disadvantaged children in Cambodia.
Stephanie and I have been volunteering at CESHEO to teach English. Upon arrival, it immediately became evident that the children do not have access to even basic health care.
We are collecting donations to supply a medical kit with first-aid and medicine for the children at CESHEO. We will use our clinical experience as Pharmacists in the community and hospitals in Canada to stock the kit to cover a comprehensive list of issues. We will also publish a guide book to educate future volunteers on how to use and maintain the supplies. Excess funds will be directed to replenishing the kit and/or access to a doctor in more significant cases. Currently, first-aid/medical expenses are withdrawn from budgets to support education or infrastructure at the school. We feel that access to health care, even basic, is a right that should be available to everyone in the world.
We have already started working on the kit and made a $600 donation to the school. Please donate today and help us complete our mission. It will make a huge difference to the children at CESHEO.
