Health care employees effected by Hurricane Ian

Hi, my name is Megan London. I work for a Health Care staffing company in the Tampa, FL region. I advocate for 200 nurses daily who live in the Tampa, St Pete, Venice, and Cape Coral areas. As we all know Hurricane Ian is predicted to have historical impacts on Florida's west coast. According to the meteorologist, this area has not seen a storm of this magnitude in over 100 years. Meaning so many Floridians are not prepared for what is to come. My heart is breaking knowing that the nurses my coworkers and I advocate for will go without the help desperately needed in these areas. These nurses survived/worked through the Covid pandemic all while caring for the elderly in long-term care facilities located in FL. west coast. The least we can do is show them that love back NOW while these Floridian Nurses and health care workers brace for impact. All funds donated will be distributed to Floridian nurses, and Floridian employees in the health care industry directly impacted by Hurricane Ian.
