Healing KeJuan's Heart and Support His Recovery

Dear friends and family,

I write to you with concern and hope for my beloved son, KeJuan. A routine doctor’s visit revealed that KeJuan has unknowingly been battling a congenital heart condition that now needs to be corrected. To ease the financial worries that weigh heavily on his mind, I humbly ask for your sincere support and generosity in our GoFundMe campaign which will allow KeJuan to focus entirely on healing and recovery.

Born prematurely, KeJuan was born with a heart defect - a Bicuspid Aortic Valve - which means he has only two cusps on the end of his aortic valve instead of the normal three. These cusps are essential for regulating the flow of blood out of the heart, and with only two, there has been a continuous leakage of blood back into his heart. As a result, his heart has enlarged, and the valve has expanded, putting him at risk of heart failure. He will be undergoing an Aortic Valve Replacement surgery to correct the defect.

During KeJuan's recovery period, he will be unable to work, adding a financial burden to an already challenging situation. As his mother, I want nothing more than to support him fully during this time of healing. However, the medical expenses associated with the surgery and ongoing treatments have created an overwhelming financial strain that we simply cannot manage alone.

I reach out to each one of you with heartfelt sincerity, asking for your support in any way possible. I want to emphasize that every donation, no matter the size, holds immense value to us. We aim to be transparent throughout this entire journey, ensuring that every dollar raised goes directly toward KeJuan's medical expenses and well-being.
