My name is Bafi Ifrange , and I am a Palestinian-Canadian. I am reaching out to you in the hope of getting help for my brother and his family, who are facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Including young children, are trapped in a dire situation. They are experiencing starvation, a lack of clean water, light, and internet, as well as inadequate medical treatment. They have lost everything they possess, seen death and destruction all around them, and heard bombs explode nonstop, day and night. The situation is dire, and aid organizations can do very little to help them throughout this winter.

The Canadian government is rolling out new immigration measures, including granting temporary visas to individuals in Gaza who are related to Canadians, but the problem is that they will not cover the costs associated with their travel and settlement. We would have to pay for all the related expenses, which is a significant challenge for a large family. I cannot abandon my siblings or children since they are equally important to me, and the feeling of powerlessness overwhelms me.

I am seeking assistance to cover the expenses for the application fee and initial settlement in Canada. I would appreciate it if the community could assist me in this cause to reunite my family. The idea of losing any of them at any moment is my biggest nightmare right now, and it makes me feel worse.
