hazel's wheelchair accessible van

I have quadriplegia from a spinal cord injury and drive an accessible van with high level hand controls. I am in need of a whole new system which will  cost $40,000. Please assist in getting me back on the road so I can continue having the full life that such mobility gives. With much appreciation, Hazel Self
