Memorial Fund for Hayley's Child

Donation protected
Dear Friends:

As some of you know, my sister Hayley was killed on Dec. 1 by two men who are now in custody and charged with her murder. She left behind a bright and energetic 7 year old daughter who is now left without a mother. My other sister Lynsey has started a Go Fund Me page to raise money for Hayley’s daughter for her future educational costs. Donations of any size would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.
-Brother of Hayley Steinberg

“Hayley Danielle Steinberg was born December 4, 1987, the youngest of six to mother Dianne Cutler Steinberg. As someone who was naturally gifted, she thrived in track, art, and had earned countless award ribbons in swimming. After her high school graduation, Hayley began to pursue her college education in Addiction Counseling at Camden County College. Until her passing, she was actively involved in the recovery communities.

Hayley always looked to be a strong and loving mother. She loved doting on her daughter, traveling the world, and exploring the outdoors. She was a silly child, who climbed trees to the very top, ate tubs of frozen yogurt, and was very exuberant. Hayley became a charming young woman lost too soon. She described the best gift there is was being a mother. She strived to make sure her daughter’s life would be the best life possible. Hayley wished for everyone to cherish each moment they may have with their children because time flies by too quickly.

Hayley is survived by her sister, her brothers, nieces, nephews, and sole surviving daughter.

As Hayley once said, “The simplest gesture can make someone’s day. You never know what people are going through.”

Some kind words left by friends…

“She was a beautiful woman inside and out! She loved her daughter and was a very selfless human being.”

“She was a huge part of my online recovery. We had talked over the phone many times, and she was always involved in the recovery communities. She had many struggles and always persevered.”

“She was always there for me when I needed an ear and or moral support; she was such an easy friend to talk too and had a heart of gold...”

Private services will be held. Donations can be made in Hayley’s name to her surviving child’s fund for education.“

Please help us to help this little girl as the sole survivor of a single mother who was the victim of a heartless crime. 2019 has been a tough year after loosing her grandmother and now mother so close to Christmas. Her spirit remains bright when the darkness seems so vast. The light and brilliance will shine on through her mother and now through her.
