Hautau Kids Education Fund

The Hautau Kids Education Fund is in memory of our dear friend Chris Hautau and will support his three wonderful children that he left behind. Chris passed away on March 15th, 2019, at age 55, after a heroic struggle with illness. Distributions will be made to support his children's future academic endeavors and will be directed by Chris's wife Dana. All who knew Chris know how much his family meant to him, how devoted he was to them and what a wonderful father he was. This fund will help ensure that all of us who were touched by Chris's joy for life and devotion to his family can help support his fondest wish.

Chris's Obituary

This fund is being managed by Gene Collison of Grand Haven, Michigan and Howard Gabert of Windsor, Canada. Both are employees of Kautex Textron and were colleagues with Chris Hautau at Kautex, as well friends of the Hautau family. As mentioned above, the funds contributed will be directly provided to Mrs. Dana Hautau for the purpose of aiding the future educational expenses of their children. We wish to thank all the contributors for their generosity in this effort.
