Hate Has No Home Here-Cheverly, MD
Donation protected
Cheverly, Maryland is a small but mighty community, home to a diverse population who are old, young, 4th generation and newly arrived, straight, gay, liberal and conservative. We come in many colors and speak many languages. We huddle on the edge of our nation's capitol, proud to live in its shadow, proud to be welcoming and embracing of all who wish to share our town. One big unifying theme here is that no one should live here in fear.
When we heard about the "Hate Has No Home Here" campaign we knew it was made for us. This fund will buy 250 yard signs with the "Hate Has No Home Here" logo in several languages.
Your support will allow us to give away these signs for free to anyone in Cheverly. Any resident who would like to register to receive a sign, please click on this Form . There may be extras so it is possible that you can have more than one. You will be notified later where the signs can be picked up. Please tell your friends and neighbors about this project so that we can have the signs in your hands as soon as possible!
Design services have been donated by the "North Park Neighbors" community of Chicago. Read more on their website here. You can also see the scope of the project by following "hatehasnohomehere" on Twitter or Instagram.
