Paddle For Polio
Harrison Rotarian, Nate Jordan is going to paddle the entire length of the Buffalo River to raise funds for Rotary International's efforts to eradicate polio. His week long journey will begin April 18, 2015 and cover more than 210 miles.
The Buffalo is the only National River in the United States. It is known for both it's beauty and it's challenge.
Rotary, along with our partners, has reduced polio cases by 99 percent worldwide since our first project to vaccinate children in the Philippines in 1979. We are close to eradicating polio, but we need your help. We need your help to make a global impact and protect children against polio forever.
