Hey everybody!
We have some BIG news. We are ADOPTING…AGAIN!!!
As some of you may or may not know, we have been in process of adopting our son Daniel through the foster care system. Well, we are thrilled to tell you that his adoption will finally be completed in the next few months. After a 5 year journey, Daniel will officially be a Hamstra!!
With this adoption becoming official, we feel like it’s time to work on getting #BigD a sibling! And we've decided to do this through traditional adoption.
We have actually been working on this behind the scenes for quite some time. As some of you may know we were matched with a birth mother back in April and sadly that didn't work out.
So we took a few months to catch our breath & to figure out our next step, and we are thrilled to announce that we are now matched with another birth mom who is due in April of 2019!
So many of you have already partnered with us through prayer and encouragement on our journey with Daniel as well as with our last adoption match (all of the funds we received from the last adoption that we received back have already been applied to this adoption).
Words cannot express how grateful we are for each and every one of you.
The reason we established this fundraiser & The Hamstra Family Adoption Fund is to see if you may be interested in partnering with us again this time to help us bring Hamstra baby #2 home to Chicagoland.

1. GIVE >>> By the time this adoption is all said and done it will end up costing about $45,000. The GREAT news is we already have had generous generous donors come forward & we have raised $30,000! That’s leaves $15,000 more that we need to come up within the next few months.
