On Monday, September 2nd Christopher Hallahan tragically lost his life due to a boating accident. He has left behind his wife, Brittney, their beloved dog, Kobe, parents, siblings and many close family and friends.

Chris was a selfless person, one that helped others and would never say no. He was generous, loving, professional. One who expected absolutely nothing in return. He loved being there to help others, whether it was through work, friends or the community. Christopher touched everyone who met him in a positive way. He was always a smiling light for those who needed it, a light that should never be forgotten.

The relationship he shared with his wife Brittney was a light in itself. Christopher had immense love for his wife that spread smiles and dreams of adventure to those around them.

Many people have been asking how they can help. Britt is dealing with so much in addition to mourning and trying to process that Chris is no longer with her. Reducing some of the financial burden is one way the community can help support Brittney, and help her make change in our community.

This go fund me is to help Brittney with all funeral expenses for the unexpected, tragic loss of her beloved husband. Any additional money collected is planned to be donated and eventually used for proper lighting of the Connecticut River break wall so life-changing tragedies like this can be avoided in the future.
