I am Michael Cohen and went to Gunn High School. This is the last thing I ever thought I would be doing. The picture is from my leg where they were giving me kidney dialysis. Right now I have no options no family to fall back on only my true friends. In May I had a stroke and and my kidneys shut down. I was in intensive care at Holy Cross hospital in Florida. They put me on kidney dialysis and wanted to put a port in my chest when my veins shut down preventing the machine from working they said if I didn't let them put the metal port in that I would die. It would have to stay in for my intire life.so I decided to go home . They said if I went home I would die without the port in and continue dialysis 3 times a week I didn't let them. It's been real tuff and I don't feel good and have no energy anymore. I lost my car and will lose my place soon and be homeless. I have a lot of medical bills I can't pay because I have no insurance . I appreciate any kind of support and funds I can get from my friends Thank you. Michael Cohen
