Support Geraldine's Family After Tragic Loss

My name is Alexander Mullings, I am raising funds for my niece Geraldine Briceño and her two young children Mathias (5 years old) and Daniela (17 months). Yesterday, May 5, 2024 Geraldine, her husband Oscar Mora and their 2 children were enjoying themselves with family at the La Bomba river at home in Costa Rica when a terrible tragedy happened that has forever changed their lives. Oscar was in the water with Mathias when a whirlpool sucked them both in, he managed to keep his son above the water until a family member reached out with a branch that the child was able to grab ahold of and be pulled out of the river but Oscar unfortunately drowned. Geraldine is devastated by the loss of her husband and will have to face life without him as a single mother raising 2 children. Geraldine has suffered a lot over the past few years. Their son Mathias has heart disease and endured heart surgery at 6 months old and will possibly need additional heart surgery as he grows older. Also her mother with whom she was very close with passed away due to breast cancer 3 years ago and now she is enduring another tragedy. I am very worried about her being able to financially survive alone with her 2 small children. I am asking for donations no matter how small to help her, anything will help.
