Veteran Needs Help

I am a 72 year old - US Air Force Viet Nam Veteran who was scammed out of his small savings account and had his checking account depleted when the bank took their money back.

This scam involved an individual named "Professor" Russell Dane of Rand Investments. He indicated that he was representing US Congress. This scam has been reported to the Police Department, who have advised me that the likelihood of this being solved, or of me getting any of my money back, is slim to none.

I have struggled financially ever since and am desperately trying to recover. I have tired asking friends and relatives for help with little or no success. I have attempted to take out a loan and my credit rating is good, but due to too many liabilities have been unable to acquire funds through that means as well.

I have entered a Debit Relief Program which will help in the future in freeing up some of my income but that is not going to help me in the present.

I am left to asking for some financial help from total strangers. I am embarrassed in doing so but this is my last resort.

I am in desperate need of $6,000.00 to cover my back rent and all of my monthly bills that haven't been paid since November 2015. This will help tremendously in getting back on my feet financially.

I hope and pray that there is someone out there that would be willing and able to help a stupid, embarrassed old veteran out of this serious financial hole he dug himself.
