Gwens Hope 4 Cancer Fundraiser

Today I write with a heavy heart yet high hopes and prayers for our Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister, and friend Gwendolyn Bond. Last year June 2020 many of our lives took a change for the worse when Gwen was diagnosed with Stage 3 pancreatic cancer. It was hard for us all but we stood strong ready to face any and every obstacle in our way. Like many Gwen started with a conventional Cancer treatment at Siteman Cancer Center located in Shiloh, Illinois. After a year of harsh treatment, the only changes made unfortunately wasn’t for the best of her health. During this year she tried two different Chemotherapy treatments that often left her feeling worse than before. It is now that the doctors feel as though there is not much more they can do to treat her cancer and will focus primarily on managing her pain. Throughout this past year we have been taking any and every step to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Those measures being taken has already extended Gwens life expectancy from the said “three months” compared to the fifteen months she has still fought hard against this disease. Although the doctors here in the United States no longer have hope, does not mean that will be the final say for our loved one, GOD DOES. We have done extensive research into medical clinics in Tijuana, Mexico who offer alternative treatments methods not yet offered here in the United States. We have found a clinic that has a tremendous success rate for all types and stages of cancer. We are looking to raise $50,000 to send Gwendolyn for treatment at Hope 4 Cancer medical center in Tijuana Mexico to CURE her now stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. No longer can we allow pride and fear to stop us from asking for help when in need. If you can please donate whatever you can to assist with our goal.
