It is with shock, disbelief & deep sadness that I announce, my younger cousin & childhood best friend, at the age of 30, unexpectedly lost her life yesterday to COVID 19. From feeling bad at home the day before, she woke up with difficulty breathing, went to the ED, required intubation and cardiac arrested within 24 hours.

She is not only survived by her husband & 4 beautiful children ranging from ages 2-10 years old, but also by her 14 year-old sister which whom she cared for as well as their 57-year old mother that has been living in the late stages of Alzheimer’s for over 2 years now. Her and her husband have been together for 18 years.

These 7 lives have suddenly lost their AMAZING mom, their best friend, their care taker, their breadwinner, their backbone, their EVERYTHING. Her life was devoted to her children and her family.

As much of a loss for words as I am, the least that I can do is plead for you to take a moment and help alleviate some financial stress for this family. From funeral expenses to a gallon of milk, $5 will go such a long way and is appreciated.
