Libby's leg

Hi. This is Deb and I am fundraising for my granddog Libby. Libby had an accident out in Council Alaska...pretty bad break to her hind leg. She requires orthopedic surgery....which is crazy expensive...like everything else these days. She is a really great dog and an integral part of Stephanie's family. She is also the first dog Stephanie has had on her own and we all know how special that first trusting bond is. I want to help and have made a beginning pledge...hoping friends and family might want to help too. I remember taking Libby with me for protection (piece of mind) when berry picking. I also experienced her patience and tolerance with annoying things like Phoebe, hair brushing, and little kids. She maintains her chill through it all! Libby is just 5 so she has many years left and it is necessary for her to have the surgery to maintain the use of this limb and be pain free. Her mobility is especially important in Alaska where she lives so she is safe and free to explore and run and enjoy the perfect dog life she has there.
