LEGAL/ LEGISLATIVE FUNDRAISER
OUR INDUSTRY IS UNDER FIRE AND WE NEED SUPPORT NOW MORE THAN EVER
This affects every towing company in New Jersey. The NJ towing industry is facing perhaps the most important and difficult battle that we have ever encountered, the interpretation and enforcement of the Predatory Towing Prevention Act (PTPA).
There is no way to express how important this issue is to our industry. Remedying it will require a sizable investment by our organization, which we need your help to fund. We are currently in the process of interviewing lobbyists, with the cost estimated to be in the six figures. GSTA is committed to resolving this issue, with our goal to introduce new legislation that will exempt law enforcement towing from the PTPA and put regulatory power back in the hands of the municipalities.
We need help in this fight, without your help we do not have the financial resources to solve the issue. Please consider making a donation in whatever amount you can.
As work progresses on this issue we realize the enormity of resolving it. Therefor, to ensure we are prepared we have increased our financial goal.

The Garden State Towing Association (GSTA) is the recognized towing association in New Jersey and the only state towing association representing New Jersey as a member of the Conference of Northeast Towing Associations, (CNTA). GSTA represents the interests of over two hundred companies in New Jersey.
