Growing Foster Family Home Remodel

Hi! My name’s Mel, and I’m a lifelong Pokémon fan. My wife and I are also passionate foster parents.

Because of these things: I launched a BIG Pokemon auction of rare cards, games, figurines, and gaming consoles that’s live at Tom Hall Auctions until February 28th, 2024. The auction will even include a 1st Edition, Base Set, Holo, Shadowless Charizard card.

My growing foster family is raising money from this auction to renovate our home to comfortably accommodate more foster teens in Bucks County. We hope to raise enough money to transform the garage into 1 wheelchair accessible bedroom and add 1 full bathroom.

After some estimates, we learned the cost will be approx. $50,000-$60,000, but we are willing to take out a 2nd mortgage or HELOC to cover the remaining. (Especially if interest rates decide to go down within the next year, haha.)
