Grandpa George support for funeral expenses

With great sadness, George passed away January 4th. He will be missed by so many. Any help for funeral expenses would be greatly appreciated by George and his family.

Grandpa George has been receiving medical care at the Minnesota VA Healthcare Center since the summer of 2024. He received surgery in early August, along with feeding and breathing tubes to ensure he was able to get enough nutrients during his recovery. Shortly after, he caught pneumonia and was moved to the ICU. For a while there was some improvement in his health, but it has since gone downhill and we are unsure what his prognosis holds. We are currently in the process of discussing hospice options to keep him comfortable and are in need of financial assistance to ensure he gets the best care possible.

Grandpa George spent majority of his life helping others; whether it was maintaining his apartment buildings, helping his grandkids move, or friends and family with mechanical work, he was always willing to lend a hand. Now, we are asking for any help and support that you're able to give as the financial stress of his situation has been challenging for him and his family. We appreciate any support you're able to give.
