We've got to move! Quickly!!!!

These are the Seven Sisters Roses that my grandmother planted in front of the house: The house where my daughter and I lived.

The Good:
Earlier this year, in an effort to care for our mother, my sisters and I agreed to move her to a senior living facility where she would receive the best care for her later years. And she is doing quite well, we are pleased to say.

The Bad:
However, in doing so, the finances got out of control. My sisters have been contributing to her care, along with her retirement income, but because of my cancer recovery and disability income, I haven't been able to help as much as I would like. This has become a greater issue because Mom can no long cover the mortgages on the family homes, so we who have lived there are in the process of vacating them.
I am still getting cancer marker scans (breast and brain) every three months, and while I am feeling better, chemo and radiation have affected my body, making the packing and moving difficult, as well as finding work to support us in a really good way. Moreover, my fifteen-year-old daughter has been in online school this year since we moved, first to a friend's house, then with family, so she has not been settled, which has affected her studies and her social life. Did I mention that she has Type 1 Diabetes and Graves' Disease? She's dealing with a lot of stuff right now.

The Oh No!
We need to completely vacate the old house this weekend and start looking for a place of our own. But I just don't have the funds to take care of all this. Someone is moving into the house, which will help cover my mother's necessities, but Yasmeen and I need our belongings, either in storage or in a small apartment where we can begin to pull it together.

I was really hoping to be able to do this on my own but getting over cancer doesn't end when you are no longer being pumped full of drugs, radiation, or other treatment. And sometime in the next few months, it will be time for more surgery.

I am reaching out to ask for help. Yasmeen and I really appreciate your generosity.
