Got'Em Baseball's Coaches Clinic

Parents and coaches,

On Saturday, December 28 we are hosting our 1st Annual Coaches Clinic and Coaches Night Out. We are excited to host this all-day event and believe 100 percent in the importance of always striving to get better. We as parents and coaches expect our sons and daughters to put in work to get better, but often we fail to sharpen our own tools. It's not because we feel we are too good to work on things but because we are busy dedicating our lives to our kids and players. I get that and I love everyone's dedication to supporting our player's passion. On the flip side, though, all of us need some "me" time. We must do things that will refresh our body and mind.

I look at our upcoming Coaches Clinic as a "Spa Day" for coaches -- a time for each of them to relax with their peers and refill their tanks. We believe our Coaches Clinic is also important for the growth and development of the coaches and players alike. We strive to be a progressive organization with a primary focus on the development and improvement of competitive baseball community (players, coaches and parents.)

We are reaching out to each of you because I know you are supportive of your child's passion for playing baseball. I know you would climb a mountain to see them get better on and off the field. We truly believe the players that have the greatest chance of succeeding are the ones surrounded by quality parents, mentors, teachers and coaches. What we are hoping for is for each of you to see the importance the role your coach plays in your player's development.

Many of these coaches are passionate volunteers dedicating many hours away from their family for your players. Being as such, we think it's important to support them. We're not saying you do not already, but coaching is often a thankless job. What we are hoping is that you see the importance of their role and see how them attending our Coaches Clinic would be beneficial to both them and your player. We are asking for you to step up for your coaches and the other coaches like them who are dedicated to competitive youth baseball. Show your appreciation this holiday season for everything they do, while also helping them get better.

Every donation made counts, and for every five donations of $10 or more we will raffle off one entry into our 1st Annual Coaches Clinic. Once we reach our goal of $5000, we will open up the coaches clinic to any coach or parent that made a donation of any size (maximum of 600.) Please show your support for the life blood of youth baseball and help us hit our goal so we can have as many coaches attend as possible.. Got 'Em Baseball and the coaches of Northern California thank you for your support. For more details on the clinic, which will feature such top talent as former MLB Manager of the Year Jerry Manuel, please visit http://gotembaseball.com/coaches-clinic/
