Over 3000 Jets Gymnasts from Jets Bendigo, Diamond Creek, Eltham, Gisborne, Grovedale and Shepparton are Jumping at the chance to make a difference in class! (Friday March 26th- Thursday April 1st)
During Jumpaton Week we are raising money in aid of Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal Limited. At Jets we sprinkle kindness like confetti and believe that every small donation will help kids just like us in their time of need!
In class we will be jumping as much as we can...
45min- 1hr classes (Mini Jets, Apollos and NinjaZone)= jumping warm up & 12 jumping activities across 3 apparatus (this could be over 2000 jumps!)
1.5- 2hr classes (Rockets, Stars, Galaxies, Gymfit, Supers & TnT)= jumping warm up & 28 jumping activities across 7 apparatus (this could be over 4500 jumps!)
Squads= Will be performing as many flips in a row as they can during class!
