Going to the Border

I'm going to El Paso, Texas for two weeks in August to volunteer full time with Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center las-americas.org .  I'll be helping them with the huge influx of refugees who need help due to our government's manufactured family separation crisis.  They may ask me to help with administrative work, intake paperwork, outreach to the community, or talking with families about their needs.
The funds will go to pay for my airfare, food and lodging.  I'll donate any additional money raised to Las Americas.
Thank you  so much for considering this fund! I hope to make a positive impact while I'm there and perhaps build a relationship with them for future projects.
