Glen's campaign for Direct Relief

I'm raising money to benefit Direct Relief, an organization that mobilizes and provides essential medical resources for areas in the greatest need. My friends in the medical community are putting their lives on the line every day for our lives, and they need proper protection and equipment.

More information about Direct Relief: Direct Relief improves the health and lives of people affected by poverty and emergency situations by equipping healthcare facilities in resource-poor areas with medicines and supplies. Direct Relief delivers medical resources to people affected by disasters and provides ongoing support in more than 90 countries and all 50 U.S. states. Currently, Direct Relief is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is from my forthcoming ALL HAPPY PEOPLE project, a novel in stories about the difficult, challenging negotiations people make with their ideas of meaning or happiness on their way to achieving versions of both. This one's about  being alone and idealistic and young. And going record shopping (ask your parents, kids). It's also an homage to a lost New York I'm not sure was actually there even when we lived in it...
