covid-19 has rocked all of our lives in different ways. With so many people out of work, I have a feeling that this year’s Little Wheels Big Hearts Campaign is going to be an uphill battle in terms of money that’s available for donation this summer while at the same time low income families are going to need help more than ever.
So as a birthday fundraiser this year, I’m collecting for #LittleWheelsBigHearts which is a charitable initiative that collects and distributes Hot Wheels, Matchbox Cars and other toy vehicles to the Toys for Tots foundation. Last year we collected just under 10,000 toys!
These funds collected allow us to take advantage of store promotions to maximize the amount of vehicles we can donate. Last year we were able to use the collected funds to empty more than a dozen Dollar General locations of their entire inventory of Hot Wheels cars!!
